Returns

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– It must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs.

Size or Color Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using our standard returns process and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us for the shipping return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
